Practitioner. Author. Community Builder.
25+ years leading enterprise transformation across Fortune 500 companies and U.S. federal agencies. Real outcomes. Real scale. Not from the whiteboard.

How I Got Here
Big 4 consulting (Deloitte) → defense contractors → federal agencies → Fortune 500 → AI transformation at Exostar. MBA + MS in Healthcare Management. Executive training at UVA Darden, Vanderbilt, IBM, Databricks, StarweaverAI.
My career has taken me from Big 4 consulting at Deloitte to defense contractors, federal agencies, and Fortune 500 companies including Nike, Freddie Mac, the Department of Defense, CMS, the IRS, GSA, VA, and HHS. Along the way I have built transformation programs that delivered 73% adoption rates, 83% productivity improvement, and 37% faster delivery.
My most recent work has been in aerospace, defense, and federal environments — building AI operating models and governance frameworks, standing up Centers of Excellence, and scaling AI from experimentation to production at enterprise scale.
I am the founder of the Loudoun AiGile Network, a practitioner community of more than 2,300 professionals at the intersection of AI and Agile, and have spoken at more than 30 events worldwide across five continents.

The AI Leap is drawn from a decade of enterprise transformation and the hard lessons of leading AI from experimentation to production. The frameworks in the book — LEAP, SUMMIT, SHIELD, TRAIL, RIDGE, and GUIDE — emerged from thinking carefully about what real transformation situations require. Not theory. Operational discipline.

COMMUNITY
Loudoun AiGile Network
In 2020, I founded the Loudoun AiGile Network to create a space where practitioners could talk honestly about what’s working, what’s not, and what they’re learning as they navigate the intersection of Agile and AI.
Five years later, the community has grown to 2,300+ members. We host monthly events, workshops, and conversations with speakers from across the industry.
Thought Leadership
I have spoken at more than 30 events across five continents — from community meetups to global stages. I write on AI transformation, organizational change, and the human side of technology on Medium and LinkedIn.
I have been a speaker, facilitator, and event organizer since my intercollege debate days at REC Trichy and IIT Chennai in 1987. Some habits are worth keeping.
Beyond the Work
The art of creating and maintaining bonsai has taught me more about transformation than most frameworks. Having created more than 30 bonsai, I know firsthand that you cannot force a tree to grow faster, make too many changes at once, or go against nature. You can only shape it, remove what is holding it back, and create the conditions for it to thrive on its own terms. That patience and that discipline is what I bring to every organization I work with.
“”Organisational transformation is like bonsai work — patient shaping, consistent attention, and the wisdom to know what to prune.” .”
The Events Business
For nine years I owned and managed a professional events management and DJ business, specializing in international music and full-production fusion weddings. National awards four years running. Each event had to be perfect. No exceptions. Industry recognition and happy customers do not just happen. They take meticulous planning and strong execution. The same is true of every transformation I have led.
Everything Else
Away from work I tend my Zen garden, grow organic vegetables, restore and collect HiFi audio gear, and do woodworking and creative upcycling. I have built many things from scratch including live edge furniture for a friend’s brewery. I have also modded vehicles including a Bobber from a 1984 Honda Shadow and a full custom DJ truck from a Ford E-350. These days my adventures run on four wheels named Zoey, my RV. I have visited all 50 states and Zoey and I are nowhere near done.
All 50 US states — visited.
Every single one. Alaska included. Zoey and I are nowhere near done.Let’s Connect
Twenty-five years of work across industries has taught me that
the most useful conversations happen outside the conference room.
