AI and Transformation

AI Transformation

From Pilot to Production: Making AI Transformation Stick

70% of AI initiatives die before they ever reach mission impact. Pilots succeed technically and fail operationally. This talk breaks down exactly why, and introduces the LEAP framework: four stages from first experiment to enterprise-wide adoption.

Strategy

The SUMMIT Framework: Six Strategic Moves from Pilot to Production

Most organizations treat AI transformation as a technology rollout. It is not. Six strategic moves that close the gap between pilot success and scaled mission readiness.

AI Strategy

Is Your AI Transformation Plateauing? Reset the Path to Summit

Organizations that successfully transform with AI see 3x higher revenue impact and 30% better cost efficiency. This talk diagnoses why most AI transformations stall and introduces the six moves that get the whole organization climbing together.

Governance

Governing AI at Scale: Humans Decide, AI Executes

An autonomous agent escalated 34 clinical cases overnight — without a named human owner. Nobody authorized it. Nobody stopped it. This talk addresses what happens when AI starts acting, not just assisting.

Leadership and Organizations

Leadership and Culture

Transformation Is a People Problem: Culture Over Everything Else

The biggest barriers to transformation are not technical — they are cultural. This talk names the 9 factors that kill transformation before technology ever gets a chance.

Leadership

Organizational Transformation: 9 Antipatterns and 6 Imperatives

Most transformation efforts fail the same way. This talk identifies the 9 antipatterns that derail organizational transformation — and the 6 things leaders must do to break the pattern.

Teams and Culture

Toxic Team Dynamics: How to Navigate, Survive, and Lead Through Them

Every team has them — the blocker, the underminer, the passive resister. Most leaders hope these dynamics resolve themselves. They do not.

Leadership

Winning in Multi-Vendor Environments: 10 Insights Most Leaders Learn Too Late

Multi-vendor programs are where good strategies go to die. This talk shares 10 hard-won insights for leading effectively in multi-vendor software development environments.

Teams

The Friction Factor: Turning Workplace Conflict Into Team Strength

85% of employees experience workplace conflict. Most organizations manage it reactively. This talk reframes conflict as a signal, not a failure.

Leadership

Leading Without Formal Authority: Leading Through Influence

You do not need a title to lead. But you do need a strategy. For coaches, practitioners, and delivery leads who drive change without direct authority.

Agile and Delivery

Agile

68% of organizations now report full AI integration across the software delivery lifecycle. This session covers how every role — Scrum Master, Product Owner, QA Lead — is evolving.

Agile and Workshop

The AI Rewire: Redesigning How Teams Actually Work with AI

Every team has an AI tool. Almost no team has changed how they work. This hands-on workshop takes small teams through a real scenario using the AI Adoption Diagnostic Canvas.

DevOps and Engineering

Your Developers Got 3x Faster. Your Pipeline Did Not.

Developer output up 30%. Lead time up 28%. Same quarter. Same teams. That is not a success story — that is a pipeline telling you it cannot keep up.
